I started my journey as a coach with Mikayla Yeo who is featured on my website. We began having online sessions during lockdown, focusing on her desire to overcome her anxiety. We continued for well over a year reaching almost 22 sessions in total. These sessions were tailor made for Mikayla and evolved over time to assist her with whatever issues were arising.
Each client has been different.

Because this is individual work, you may only need a couple of sessions, but there is a process and much detail involved in this work, so if I am to help you in the best way possible, I would recommend that you sign up for at least 5 – 10 sessions.

Collective Circles

I create a “Doodle Event” for any group or organisation. This could be your friendship circle, family group or work colleagues who just want to explore and have fun.

You could also create a group and introduce a topic or theme you’re passionate about and I can help create a group session around this topic and facilitate this for you.

My main area of focus currently is on the ‘Divine Feminine’, so hopefully I’ll have a workshop ready for 2025. Below is my brainstorming around this topic. This workshop will be for anyone who identifies with the idea of the feminine. We all carry both masculine and feminine energy, but let’s celebrate what it means to connect to the gentle nature of the feminine, and then I can create another event to balance this out with the ‘Divine Masculine’.

  • Embracing all that it means to be feminine
  • Burnout as a result of taking on too many roles
  • Balancing the masculine and feminine energy
  • The responsibilities of motherhood and balancing time with other relationships

Breast Cancer Support

Because I am a Breast Cancer Survivor, I am offering support to those going through Breast Cancer or recovering from it. I really do have a passion for this and since my recovery have often found myself chatting to someone who has a relative who is going through Breast Cancer and is asking for advice.

  • Accepting your diagnosis and the changes that will take place to your body
  • Trusting in the steps you need to take to help yourself heal
  • Dealing with the very difficult emotions that come up during a diagnosis/recovery
  • Communicating your boundaries to friends and loved ones, so you can focus on yourself
  • Finding the patience you’ll desperately need in order to manage your journey
  • Understanding that your relationships may change or be challenged by your illness
  • Guiding you to ask for help and accept help from those in your circle

Family Focus Sessions

In person or via ZOOM!

These sessions will centre around the individual/s in the family that are in need of the most help. I create a bespoke plan of action to assist that individual first. When enough focus and creative work has been completed, we then bring the other members of the family in, so we can expand on the work and find solutions together. This ultimately will lead to a flow of creativity, play and fun!

I am currently working with a mum, who has an ADHD diagnosis and we are having a wonderful time exploring this together. I will then bring in her daughter who also has the same diagnosis and once both those ‘beautiful minds’ feel they’ve had enough of my attention, the whole family will enjoy discovering and playing together to bring more understanding and healing to the family.

Workshops for Teenagers

In person!

15-18yrs of age. I can accommodate groups ranging from 8 – 12 teenagers per workshop.

These workshops will take place every 3 months. First come first served.

 

This workshop will aim at bringing our focus together as a group where we can discuss the many problems that teenagers are faced with nowadays. We will connect creatively as a group to help one another find solutions and make some new connections so we can all individually find our unique voice and use this voice to motivate positive change.
